Computer Dust was getting visitors to their website, but losing them after just a few seconds. They asked Monte Consulting to review their information design and revamp the design and organization of the site.
The goal of the redesign was to present the right amount of information at each page level to keep the potential buyers engaged and interested.
Information Design: Monte Consulting made a comprehensive review of the Computer Dust website in order to identify the reasons why visitors were prematurely leaving the site. They created a new site structure and information design based on this information that catored to the visitor's need for consise information and clear actions.
Graphic design: Using the information design as a base, Monte Consulting gave the Computer Dust website a clean look with a strong color palette. New, bold button designs ensure the visitor will stay on track.
Photography: The existing photography used a variety of styles and didn't include the new products Computer Dust wanted to feature. Monte Consulting created a unique studio look for their products that supported their new brand identity.
Search Engine Optimization: Monte Consulting used their proprietary optimization system to ensure that the rankings not only remained the same but actually increased. Combined with the information and website redesign efforts, the site is getting found and visitors are staying on the pages longer, resulting in more sales for Computer Dust.

Besides the improvement in professional look and ease of navigation, the visitor conversion rate has increased by 136%. Gross sales have increased by 53%.
